As an online game, certain data about your play session is required to be captured and stored. Dragonfist Limitless regularly connects with the server to verify your progress and prevent cheating and hacking. Your actions within the game are automatically tracked and logged by the server likewise as a means to combat cheating, track your character's progress and identify bugs. Stored data may include your IP address and the region from which you are connecting, purchase history within the game and your activities within the game and the times at which they were undertaken.
Optionally, you may choose to submit additional personally identifying information including an email address if you wish to create an account for the purposes of transferring your play session to a different device. In such case, your email address will be stored in your PlayFab user account along with other data about your character. How PlayFab in turn uses your personal data is outlined in their own Privacy Policy (linked within the THIRD PARTY SERVICES section below).
Additionally, information about your device may be collected to help diagnose errors, including the model and manufacturer of your device and the operating system version. This information, as well as other collected information including your character name, character ID and IP address, may be shared with PlayFab, Google Play Services or another third party system for the purpose of identifying the cause of crashes and compensating the player in case of loss of game progress or persistent account-related issues.
Please understand that while the security of your data is important to us, 100% reliable and secure storage of data, and likewise reliable and secure transmission of data, is not something we are able to guarantee. By playing Dragonfist Limitless, you accept some risk that the small amount of potentially personally identifying information we collect could be exposed via hacking or faults in the software (either Dragonfist Limitless itself or third party services).
Messages shared through the Bitter Chat social features are linked with your IP address, character ID and character name for the purpose of identifying unique sessions. Your IP address, character name, character ID and chat messages sent may be written to log files within the chat server for the purpose of identifying errors or reports of harassment. We (Bitter Extracts) may view these messages at our discretion (i.e. if someone is reported for harassment or hate speech, we can double check what they said when deciding whether or not to ban them). Chat messages you send may also be shared with the PlayFab third party service as event metadata along with potentially personally identifying information as a means of investigating reports of harassment or breaches of the rules.
Messages shared through Bitter Chat social features should not be considered as private or secure. It is not a good idea to share your personal information in the chat, and whilst your privacy and the security of your data is important to us, we make no guarantees that it will be secure. Under NO circumstances should you share important information such as credit card numbers, addresses or phone numbers within Dragonfist Limitless.
Dragonfist Limitless also connects with and shares your data with other third party services including Unity Ads, Unity Analytics, Google and PlayFab. Your data may also be shared with our advertising partners including Unity Ads, AdColony, Google AdMob and Meta. Each of these services may collect information used to identify you and your device, and personalise the ads they deliver to you based on this information.
